Welcome to Let’s Handspeak English web page ! Since 2017, we have started using our very first collection of books to teach English to Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) through Tunisian Sign Language in Tunisia and the MENA region. The books are also accompanied by a new mobile app.
LETSapp (LETS stands for Learning English Through Signs) is the first educational mobile application to the DHH in Tunisia and MENA region. It is a digital based solution and an interactive platform where the Deaf and the Hearing can learn English and Sign Language.
Each academic year, we help more than 10 Deaf learners improve their level in English.
Let’s Handspeak English is a new English as a Foreign Language approach. It makes learning English easy for the DHH. LETS is a new pedagogy based on a thorough understanding of the DHH community needs and how language is successfully learned. Using LETSapp which is an interactive and inclusive platform, the DHH and the Hearing can learn English and Sign Language.
Let’s Handspeak English insures inclusive and equitable quality education and promotes lifelong opportunities for all. It also aims at reducing inequality within and among countries.
Face-to-face courses are classroom based education. We offer our unique and inclusive approved curriculum which is for all levels. These courses enable learners to excel in English in an interactive and appropriate environment.
Our one-to-one courses offer deeper and wider learning to the individual learner. We modify the classes according to the need of the student using our proper tools.
Online courses have proven to be very efficient even after the pandemic. The students take part in the courses from any location. We offer comprehensive online services using the latest inclusive technology to help you boost your English level wherever you are.
